Flink Intelligence.

A full-stack product, hardware and software built as one system. At its core is a real-time physics intelligence that lets Flinkbot work where scripted automation fails.

It builds a world model in real time.

The camera sees a cage of boxes. Flink Intelligence turns cameras, force sensors and the robot’s own state into the 3D model in the top left, and updates it with every move.

Real-time world model

Cameras, force sensors and the robot's own state, fused into one picture that updates as the scene changes.

Physics in the loop

Differentiable physics predicts what happens next, so planning stays stable with very little data.

Works where scripts fail

Unstructured, changing scenes are the normal case, not the exception.

How it thinks.

Real-time world model

The robot perceives its surroundings as they change.

Multiple cameras, force sensors and the robot’s own state are fused into one world model, updated continuously and tracking objects, geometry and contact at every moment.

Cause and effect

Differentiable physics for physical reasoning.

Inside the model, Flink simulates how objects and robot interact. It predicts what happens next and how sensitive the outcome is to each move, which makes learning and planning data-efficient and stable.

Live adaptation

Real-time inference, with physics in the loop.

The same model runs during deployment, not only in training. Each action is checked against the current state of the world, so the robot adapts to shifting objects as it works.

Built as one stack.

Low integration effort and a quick setup come from hardware made for Flink Intelligence.

01

Customisable gripper

Built in-house for cardboard, textiles and plastics. Compliant hardware keeps handling smooth, however the weight sits inside the item.

02

Granular vacuum system

Picks and releases in under 100 milliseconds. Each suction cup is controlled on its own, so it can take several small parcels at once and spare fragile labels.

03

Foolproof controls

Five buttons: start, calibrate, run, stop and shut down. Sound and light tell your team when a person is needed.

04

Off-the-shelf arms

Flink AI drives standard robot arms at the lowest level, so new arms and suppliers can be adopted quickly.

05

Intelligent cameras

Depth cameras build the world model. More cameras can be added for a specific job or for exceptions.

06

Safety out of the box

The base has safety built in. LIDAR watches the surroundings, slows the robot, then stops it if someone comes too close.
