From frontier research to real work.
Our team bridges frontier research and real-world impact: leaders in physical AI turning academic breakthroughs into tools for hard, physical problems.

Moritz Geilinger
Leads business development and the motion planning team. Formerly a Disney Research engineer, with a PhD from ETH Zurich and eight years in physical AI. He built Flink from idea to operating company in under two years.

Simon Huber
Builds the product and leads the computer vision team. Studied computer science at ETH Zurich, where he was a PhD researcher, specialising in machine learning, computer vision and computational design.

Prof. Stelian Coros
Keeps Flink at the frontier of physical intelligence. Professor at ETH Zurich, PhD from the University of British Columbia, head of ETH’s Computational Robotics Lab, 15 years in the field.

Michael Ferguson
Scales deployments reliably and efficiently. A PhD in physics from ETH and years of consulting, including at Bain, guide Flink’s growth.
Build systems that think, move and deliver.
At Flink you work on robotics that solve real problems under pressure, combining machine learning, perception and control. A tight team, tough challenges, and technology that proves itself in the field.
